Obviously in the light of NO information anyone is entitled to be positive or negative.
It is still a choice.
Probably like Glitterati, I believe that the delay is associated with commercial sensitivity which is accepted by the regulator.
Reading again the September letter the statements made in that document are either true or if not true the whole Board and Management should already be in jail.
