This is what I don't understand. Zinjin has the money and resources to lob a proper takeover offer at AVZ. We would have made money, they would have made money, the DRC would have made money, and there would be none of this nonsense. Instead, they are, as you put it, throwing around "chicken feed", causing absolute chaos, and no one is making any money except for the lawyers.
