Zijin's game is sleazy & aided & abetted by a corrupt DRC Govt. Zijin have deep pockets & aren't short of a quid. Whereas we just have a project (Manono) & no income. What they're doing is dragging this out until we run out of money. I've been banging on about our need to raise funds soon but no-one on this forum cares (fine with me, no skin off my nose). We'll see if we can get the fines Cominiere owe us (about $30M). We should also know by the end of the month if Rocke Capital will commit to the $US20m funding facility. It's all that matters to me at the moment. We'll be right for a good year or two if Cominiere coughs up. What I don't understand is our options if they don't pay the fines. As I've said before I expect an announcement on finance by the end of the month b/c it's now time critical.
