A very 'light' issue, I would have preferred 20 m, which will allow us to move forward on a number of projects without looking over your shoulder for $$. Just remember the co is already very lightly issued compared to lots of other Juniors.. This seems a prudent business opportunistic ST acquisition on the part of Shaw. IMO. $2.3M will be gone quickly in the Hot African Sun. DYOR GL.
