Hello Everyone, Lately we have been getting some good news from EXR but the price hasn't been changing so much... neither here, or there. I'm a long term holder (5 plus years & still holding).
Why? Could it be confidence in the company? The director (NY)? I voted for NY fyi. Could it be external factors?
What's going on???
