Don’t want to sound like a conspiracy theorist however was the last cap raise initiated to fund the litigation against Here/Bentley who’s market cap combined is around $16 Billion ?
If so bring it on and as Hogana has said we may have some massive payout coming if we win this case which I think we will as they wouldn’t be fighting such a Goliath if evidence and patent breach etc wasn’t overwhelming!
Or better still they can do a takeover on us @$2 and we will settle out of court .
