Germany wouldn’t agree to conditions IOC put on it. That was why they were eliminated. You obviously don’t have a clue, but keep digging. Andrew’s was an imbecile for pulling out and so would Brisbane, but it was stupid to bid if you have no plan, and they obviously didn’t have a plan. Pulling out now would cost money for nothing (like Andrews) and wreck our reputation, so whatever way you look they have screwed us. The plans they now have are an embarrassment. If you are going to commission an expensive review, then follow it.
