One thing many are not taking into consideration is the fact that PPK has shifted. It is clearly the PPK Group. Here, I'll spell it out for all to see.



It owns 50% of PPE, CIB, BNNT, LIS Energy, AMAG, WGL. Plus a few minor companies. (or there about)

So the losses are the PPK groups losses. But so are the Cash balances, the equipment, the IP the buildings, etc etc etc.

Not sure how PPE is a huge loss maker? When we jumped on board the annual EBITDA in excess of $2m. I believe they have expanded so it's likely they've spent a bit to get there, however you got to spend to grow. No point in buying into a business with no growth.

$25 million in sales the year we bought in, my guess is we'll have at least added 30% onto that buy the looks of their socials. But we'll all find out soon enough.

I think anyone looking over the books currently at worse case would say they'd like to see sales in the nanomaterials, but overall, the company is severely undervalued on paper. (Then they could look at the management and say, oh, I see why....). But nevertheless, undervalued by a large percentage.
