    I never stated anything will be banned? There's so much community opposition to PEP11 that it will be an unpopular decision for the government of the day if it's approved.

    There's a chance it will be approved: a high risk, low reward play.

    In the meantime, BPH is a trader's dream: retail hopium, political hype and great liquidity. Easy trade and money to be made, it attracts traders like blood does sharks. But make no mistake, this is not a high-quality company (resource company with a biotech side serve lol?).

    p.s. this is fundamental analysis, not technical.
