It is just Trump lashing out.
Stephanopoulos said Judges and Juries found Trump "liable for rape" they didn't, he could have said what they found is considered rape.
So there is a window for Trump to sue, but unlikely it will be a significant payday for him.
Likely to be a symbolic settlement before any judgement.
