CXO is also 80% down as per your list. Also a new high cost producer in a low price environment. Do they have bad management aswell?
NAL has a terribly tainted past. Until this is shaken off there's a lot of uncertainty around it. Higher prices will also fix the issue somewhat but multiple quarters of steady profits and positive ramp up will be the main catalyst for the SP to rise again.
