Risk / return ratio looks good down here for a top up IMO
Price flirting with breaking up through the 200 EMA and 50 EMA already turned up. Downtrend line incorporating last two highs suggests SP attempting to push through, third time lucky, just not enough momentum yet.
Double bottom, second on high volume, is a signal to me that a larger player has taken a position and few days later took a further position.
There is a bit of congestion around this level of 44c. You could also argue there is a rounding base being formed, again a positive, but it might yet take a few weeks or months to play out
