The appetite for the stock seems to have fallen off, shorts are supposedly 2.28% or just under 9 million shares, as at 14th March, not always totally convinced about shortman's reporting, although a 100,000 shares shorted yesterday.
The SP recovered from its lows but we are now entering a dangerous phase, where people start to get fed up waiting, hopefully MT's show and tell yesterday at UBS has got people thinking, but I imagine those sophisticated investors would not be punting on a court decision, if they're interested in Talga they are more likely to invest once they know which way the wind is blowing.
I have held on because of the quality of the stock and the fact that the court decision was not far away. In future I will maintain my old rule of selling below the 40 day MA and I will not invest in anything that is within a sniff of a European court.
Why was the Lawyer allowed to submit beyond the given date, the appeal had to be in by 29 Sept, but they gave her more time till 29 Oct, did not deliver, she finally delivered on 4 November, so why was she given leniency?
