He has joined the dot's that the current buyer " Trans Metal Fund LP " is just a proxy being used by China's biggest Gold miner ZIJIN MINING..

The 40c placement was done to the current major MTC shareholder who's current chairman also used to be Chairman of ZIJIN MINING.

ZIJIN MINING is a $58 BILLION dollar monster, so this takeover is peanuts for them, probably what they spend a year on toilet paper.

It's fair to say the Chinese guy who took the placement is still friends with his old Company.

Everyone is friends, so it's not crazy for us to think that this is just a little more negotiating and we will get +50c

The selling explanation lately could also just as easily be from a holder who doesn't want to wait anymore, wants a new car, wants to go on holiday, as simple as that.

I've never seen all the ducks lining up like this, so it could be a simple case of ; " It looks great, because it is great.......PLS was 16c in 2020 also "








Everything other than the current shareprice makes sense to me.....
