    I'm always a huge fan of directors buying on market but that is a really disappointing trivial amount. When I raised this previously (saying the CEO needed to show faith in his strategy and buy a substantial parcel on market) another poster quite rightly pointed out that Vlad is a younger guy who may genuinely not have the capital behind him yet but when you look at that salary even something like 50k would have been more like it. Particularly when the valuation is so low.
