    Why not $2 for AVB? That would make the market capital around $1 billion. SFR cap is around $960 mill at the moment at share price $7.30. It's in Prime real estate next to some big boys like XSTRATA. Take over down the track? Who knows? I'm just pondering at the moment. I'm no expert. Just sharing my wild thoughts.
