...if you remember, I also said it was a no brainer to accept the $3 offer in my thread, if the deal goes through, $3 is all you get, if the deal falls apart, its bound to crash because its rise was completely attributable to the offer, as its rise was in disconnect with how other lithium peers fared. The sell first and buyback later (if the deal fails) approach never crossed the minds.
