The retiring guys were the ones who took first mover advantage and acquired the best set of tenements in the region - and also drilled out a discovery eg (~95 m at ~1.5% Lio2).
Now they leave saying - someone else is better equipped (probably with experience and time) to take the next steps.
Anyway the market says its good, and those who criticize are out of order and don't realise how lucky they are to hold some shares, particularly if they were bought in the recent depressed lithium price time. IMO DYOR.
