If I heard that correctly, then given the first two readings were completed then I'd expect once the committee finishes then the ITC part should breeze through the 3rd reading and pass to the Senate for their turn to complete their three readings.

The pre-study of the bill in the Senate committee seems so far to focus on measures unrelated to the ITC portion so again that looks promising to me that it would pass without amendment.


The main regulatory issue for KPO remains the Clean Electricity Regulations, the government timeframe for further input to the changes was this month, so that has either closed, or is about to.
