I think the following quote from Golda Meir, an ex PM of Isrsel, highlights why we will never get through to some of these people.

"We can forgive the Arabs for killing our children," she said."But we can never forgive them for forcing us to kill their children."

I've read this a few times and it only gets worse with each reading. It still shocks me to think of the level of superiority someone has to be operating on to say such a thing. Imagine being the architect of death and doubling down by saying you won't forgive the parents of the victims for "forcing" you to do it.

Really, there is no reasoning with some of these people. The concept of Judeo-Christian values can only be seen as a nonsensical contradiction.
