Takeover could be on the cards, HAW will have almost 4 million in cash and mkt cap of around 9 mil going on .006c and issue of new shares to lcy. But with Legacy then holding a large stake in the company the only thing I see is them doing some kind of backdoor takeover. The takeover needed to happen prior to this deal.
Still unsure what Western Gear have in mind though, this sort of thing where someone tries to get on the board usually is an attempt at a cheap takeover, when it gets voted down, then a full on takeover occurs, seen it happen a few times before, I would think they would want it for the whole of Mt Bevan though.
