That is all variable based on your trading timescale and how much you have invested along with your risk profile.
If I was a short term swing or day trader with $1mil in ZIP - yes I would have been out yesterday like stonks and not risk the Fed Decision at all as that could
have cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I am not short term trader and I don’t have a 1 mil in this so I can play a longer risk mitigated trades personally. That is purely a personal choice and circumstance.
