Haha, so remind me again why KWR jumped into bed with BTR? Should be what $6-$7m generated from this process based on those figures?

Merger diluted KWR assets / profit by more than 50%, then the additional cap raises (which were not essential) diluted further. KWR shareholders are probably 20% of what they would have been previously.

This has always been a great project, it's just a pity the manner in which it has been realised.

Oh, and before anyone says "oh but the current management did X, Y and Z". Negative. BML did the hard yards here, and KWR was already linked up with BML through Ed Turner's relationship with them. New management and merger process both actually singificantly delayed BML mining, and cash being realised.

Just imagine if that merger hadn't gone through.

[Especially given it had circa 280m shares on issue and valuation was $0.037 at time of merger, MC of circa $10m; MC of $10m with $6-$7m in cash and avenues for continuous cash flow as a gold producer]

Anyways, congrats to holders - significant upside from these levels. Especially if BML are willing to engage in further work with BTR, giving the company breathing room to drill and progress projects and other plans. But more congrats to the original BTR shareholders - I think you guys were the big winners here.
