IMO my correction: No, I think was not rate cut. Let's not expect rate cut for now. But I expected and Fed might change tone, tapering coming sooner than most market and almost all experts thought before. Both are easing condition, but lets not doing both together. If balance sheet is considered bottom, it might be considered to be bottom for risky assets too.Anyway let's see how it goes ...
