There is ore at that North end of the pit below the current pit floor .
"No. That ramp is the only access into the pit. To take it out means a complete cutback from the top down."
That sounds like that would be the logical plan

Would think they can move that tailings dam back if they decide it is necessary , however it looks to be around 100 meters from the current top of the pit edge .
This all has to be taken into context of a potential high margin UG gold project with supplementary open cut satellite pits .T
he North end of Dalgaranga being just one possible source of ore however a ramp will be needed to get to the base of the Dalgaranga pit for a drive into NN so a cutback of the slip area at the very least will be necessary so as to provide a foundation for a re-routed ramp .
