Mr 1 post you might want to have a look at when their problems started. You'll see that EDU has gradually been rebuilding along with the Universities, you'll see that IKN even has a decent international cohort.
What has been brought back are those institutions specialising in "advanced courses in nothing in particular" and Doctorates in Au Pair.
At current settings/stability I believe EDU will flourish which is why I've just taken a position but we don't need the whole system thrown up in the air to do more favours for mates.
