I was talking about the committes they formed that ties them all together at the hip over many years...yes Buckler has over a 100million shares in each company which is probably 100 times more than the average of any mum an dad investors across the board and therefore can be considered as having a substantial holding in both Sayona and Morella and whilst it may satisfy the interpretation of the clauses given they were written to suit company directors/executives by Corporate Lawyers and they are still not Independent of each other when you look at their past history and who has employed who and those positions of whence they came to fulfill Bucklers need to have his mates protect their own interests...although that part of the equation will not be known until those committees meet to decide Remuneration for each one of the Sesame Street Gang later this year...albeit they may not be there at the next AGM if they lose or sell us out beforehand which is certainly on the cards given their history as incompetent directors.
