The thing is it’s often very hard to know what’s going on at the site/ hospital level. 11 or 12 hospitals can technically be approved and open for recruiting patients in Aus and Korea but any number of reasons can stymie trial performance eg struggle to get going finding patients, competition for patients with other trials, even sudden loss of staff and so on. Sadly it’s a well known fact some hospitals never enrol even a single patient.
