Im surprised you have so much interest in my research (as an outsider)
but I would be more concerned about the performance from the management team
in particular:
their ability to talk to the right people in UAE
the lack of drive for a US chem plant
the inability to present a feasible long term strategy
delayed funding affecting critical path
