I think the longer it takes for an announcement the less likely the ?significant corporate change? is to do solely with changes in management/directors. If the change was Tony or Andy resigning surely that would have been announced by now, a very straightforward thing.

I am now inclined to think that perhaps the corporate change is linked to the financing for Grieve. Maybe finance is conditional on the lender taking a stake in the company and hence forcing some changes to the company. Maybe Chris didn?t like what was coming or knew his job was on the line so he jumped before he was pushed.

Or maybe with the op at over $80 there has been recent interest from a JV partner on favourable terms.

Or maybe the 150 years of oil experience tells management to sell it?s oil assets and turn it?s attention to exploration for gold, potash or rare earths!
