They'll pay because their Car-T has a 900% bigger market if they have a license with IMU. There are a lot of Car-Ts around and any that don't have a license will only be dealing with blood cancers and won't have the benefit of two treatments attacking the cancer instead of just one.
If they have a license, it'll be a battle of the Car-Ts to see who gets the biggest share of a much bigger market than just blood cancers.
