    So 2 processing plants and a pipeline capable of 100MMCF a day was purchased for $268m

    RFE owns one 40MMcf a day processing plant. Does that mean its worth $107m? Perhaps a bit less. Say $75m

    Hmmm.

    Perhaps this should be added on top of the valuation for the reserves.
