Your talking about a possible takeover, but what are they even taking over? Right now, we've got zilch. Unless the DRC caves to the legal pressure and gives Dathcom back its mining license, we have nothing to sell. Do you really think anyone's gonna jump at the chance to snag a piece of a company (Datcom) that has no active projects?

AVZ needs the DRC to pull a complete 180 and reinstate that license if we want any shot at being worth something to potential buyers. The other option is for the Chinese to make an offer that involves AVZ dropping litigation and taking a hike.
