    This is highly significant. What do you think Russia's response will be? Will any foreign country apart from a few US allies ever want to hold USD again? Why do you think the BRICS+ are moving to currency backed with real things? Principally gold. Why are they trading in home currencies and not USD anymore? This is why. When another country can arbitrarily steal your foreign currency reserves, you cease to buy and hold them.
