If as an investor you really believed PAR had no idea with the scientific and clinical aspects you would rationally NOT still hold and run for the hills.
Seem odd to always look for the negatives but each to their own.
Nevertheless financing uncertainty seems to be real driver of the market overall sentiment to PAR. This could change in an instance IMO.
