I was refering to the site visit brokers report on the 26th May 2010 posted here on this thread by ozgem!
The issue is still unresolved and is vital to the projects.
I am sure in time LRC will address this and there will be a positive outcome!
I do have a feeling a CR could be around the corner given the huge cost involved in these projects but for sure they hold huge potential long term in my view!
