3 months also happens to be the time allowed for the shortfall fulfillment. its also a quarter of a year which is plenty of time to present new info that could set a fire under the bum of the SP.
like hell you can do one of those full body 12 week transformation programs in that time. I could have a six pack by then (probably of ben and jerrys ice cream to be honest - im not kidding anyone... im fat and lazy and thats my lot) [phish food of course]
