Revenue Expansion with IMG

Dear Shareholders; In January, we announced an historic moment in the history of Linius with the launch of our services with IMG Video Archive, the world’s premier sports video archive. This deployment has proven incredibly powerful in providing validation of our solutions with global broadcasters, federations, and rights holders. This was just the first step in a wide-reaching set of opportunities within IMG, the Endeavor group, and their federation customers. Bundesliga joins IMG Video Archive Today, we have started the growth journey at IMG with the addition of Bundesliga, the first new federation content into the new IMG Video Archive and Linius Whizzard. IMG announced to their users that an initial set of pilot content from Bundesliga is now, for the first time, available in the IMG Video Archive through the new Advanced Search feature. Linius opens up significant growth opportunities for IMG Linius’ solutions were a key component to securing Bundesliga and future expansion with more federations. IMG Video Archive provides licensing for 30+ sports federations, but not all of that content is currently available natively within the IMG Video Archive and user interface (UI). Linius makes it possible for IMG to quickly add content from more federations by simply connecting to the client’s existing media management/storage solution, removing the need to physically copy and send their tens of thousands of video files to IMG. This removes a significant barrier to IMG Video Archives growth. Targeting more of the world leading sports federations The initial set of pilot content from Bundesliga is just the beginning. Bundesliga has the world’s largest digitized football archive, and once fully integrated, would add significantly more content to the IMG Video Archive. IMG is also actively targeting the federation customers whose content is not available today in the IMG Video Archive UI. Finally, Linius will enable IMG to compete more effectively for brand new federations and connect their content into the IMG Video Archive more easily than ever. New revenues for Linius The addition of new federation archives falls outside of the current contract with IMG and presents an opportunity for further setup fees and increased monthly license fees based on the volume of the additional content added. This is an active growth opportunity for Linius that is expected to generate near term billing increases. Further growth opportunities are in discussion with IMG including additional features like content publishing, automated highlights, and fan engagement solutions.
