Yes, that's a good point. I'm just not a 'trader', and my SelfWealth account really doesn't offer any tools in that regard. Coming from an IP background, dropping $500k isn't overwhelming for me; it's like the minimum size chunk. Not to say losing $500k wouldn't sting like hell and zero is not generally on the IP range of possibilities unless you are redeveloping.
I did watch some YouTube videos about MACD and other charting techniques that traders seem to consider black magic, as I was really confused about what some traders on HC are talking about.
Trading vs Speculation.
Can I ask the traders here: I'm guessing the chart is showing a BUY signals now, right? And back at 32 cents, it was a clear SELL signal? Isn't this all just an attempt to quantify the emotions of other traders/players in the market? After all, there's nothing different about ZIP today compared to when I topped up at 84 cents in that panic after the HY results.
