I hear you......... But IMO getting Zimbabweans more involved has more to do with the PPSA approval...... I am sure that some of the Sophs are also rotten apples, but I can assure you that is not the case across the board.
"I’ve spoken to a few MD’s about this over the years and the resounding response is “nothing we can do about it”..... In business, I have heard this a million times...... Until someone DOES.
Anyway, I know we can do something to stop the rot and I hope you and @onthepunt can be part of it........ Also think, we should go out of HC to discuss.
