With the greatest respect,PDI uses the same expressions as mining permit,scoping study in its presentations.
Some journos I respect, most I dont.This journo and Barry Fitzgerald being two exceptions.My issue is timelines set by the BOD not being met with no explanation.The ESIA, regarded as a critical study for the "permitting process" was due late 2023.What is its current status?Dont tell me to contact management.It is management's responsibility to keep the market/shareholders informed by way of continuous disclosure about matters material to a company's operations.Have a look at the aussie gold stocks that have reported on reduced production in WA due to weather events.If weather events are the cause of delay in providing the ESIA, then management should report this.I am not interested in shorting the stock.I am interested in the company keeping shareholders properly briefed on the progress to the grant of an exploitation permit and explaining why critical documents to the prermitting process are delayed.The company has indicated a timeline of three months post lodging the PFS and ESIA for the grant of the permit.I have been skeptical of this 3 month date and when I see a reputable journo mentioning a" probable 6 months" from a background briefing I get worried that the company cannot be trusted on its timelines.
