sorry that's in accurate, the wording from Peak asset Management was
"I have spoken with Gino D’anna (Exec Director) and like me, we will both be taking our pro-rata % in this capital raise and put ~$200,000 collectively on the same terms".
Even then, Gino only put in $50K....so that's incorrect from the company doing the raise.
