You probably missed it but there is no mention of extreme weather events in the article.
Small increases in temperature and atmospheric CO2 are good for most plants, and as we have seen over the last six or seven years there has been a substantial increase in grain production.
Mind you I am happy for you Global Boiling crazies to continue to claim the end is nigh. It's highly entertaining and very funny.
