@truss20 - unless you have a specific comment from since when Kilian became CEO then I think you are probably only recalling what Ross said a long time ago. ie "the company did address this" in that sense - a long time ago Ross said 30 30 but he wasn't consistent on it afterwards.
I think this 30 30 or 40 20 split matters a lot statistically and for recruitment potentially (40 20 may well be easier - it might be part of contract terms with recruitment sites) - but I don't think its been specifically commented on since Kilian was CEO by anyone at CYP - and I do think Ross said both and the 40 20 more recently than he said 30 30.
If you've more information, and specifically if the company has addressed this, since Kilian became CEO , then you would have more info than me, because I don't think anyone in the company has addressed this publicly in that period, then do please confirm if you can.
