    He is underwriting pro rata all shares as they are sold in the capital raise, including the shortfall shares. The more shares that sell, the more money he puts in!

    There are still 3 months to go for this offer. Management have a clear plan and plenty to motivate them to come up with the goods to entice investors to participate.
