RF made a huge deal about consolidating the region and DCNs mill is a minnow compared to KOTH (DCNs nearby ounces are barely economic even with GMDs magic touch). He wants to produce a 400k producer that is low cost/long mine life and DCNs assets just don't give that (much as he wants to dress them up as such). Trucking Tower Hills ore 100km East versus 20km to KOTH is just a ploy to keep the script value high.
I don't doubt SLR want RED, but as shown in the past, GMD can simply outbid them with their highly valued script. Only once I see my RED shares turn into SLR shares in my trading account will I believe GMD have lost out.
40m shares traded, whilst not the highest by any means, the trend is getting strong.
Now that we are over the hump of $0.06 (could easily retest it with so many holders still sitting in the red), the question is how high can it go before a production update arrives (hopefully early April) that shows PNR actually become profitable.
