    Thanks for your assessment cobalt2025,,,,, the cost of setting up the refinery is reasonable to finance. Seeing you have COB Iwatani ( that owns the land ) Federal and State Governments as well as possible grants from the US Government and allies there is every chance of good news in the foreseeable future IMO
