Who is a judge to say what the property is worth - only an interested party under normal circumstances can put a value on it.

I have bought property using a loan from a bank - I put the value on the properties I owned which where to be used as security, along with the bank lending the funds. No third party got involved - especially activist extreme leftwing politicians or judges "assessing" my values. I subsequently purchased the property and paid off the debt.
It is NOBODY else's business - the hard core communists mismanaging the US are now starting to walk a tightrope.
Their behaviour can only lead to the same being done to them, or worse.

This current US administration are the very epitome of Tyranny.
