They literally can't do any work on site untill permitted to do so, they can do peliminary design work etc and of course keep the permitting and land ownership process on track , which they have been doing anyway as operator.

The normal process is obtain the lease , establish a viable resource by drilling , produce a DFS and hope you can get a deal over the line that works for all parties and as soon as possible. We're well into the process gut the collapse in prices has changed the playing field a bit.

What I like about Moblan is its a large, high quality, relatively shallow resource , close to a large market with a long LOM and no current OTA's in place,so is something attractive for larger players to fight over..
