Speed, hmm, a default is a default, and from Monday the debt can be pursued straight away.
Up to Trump to find the cash if he wants to stay in control of his assets.

What will get reversed, it wont be the falsifying business reports that carried a legal responsibility to be truthful and accurate.

The best Trump can hope for is to get his penalty reduced.

P.S. If I signed a Stat Dec that turns out to be false, then I would be opened up to potential penalties, the same as anyone else.
